Decionis for Microsoft Teams cuts the volume of approvals your team has to touch. It auto-approves actions that are within policy, auto-blocks actions that are not, and routes only real exceptions to the right Teams channel as an Approve/Reject card. Decionis sits in front of the refunds, vendor payments, discounts, operational approvals, and agentic actions teams already run through Power Automate and connected enterprise systems. Each action is checked against versioned policy before execution, so pricing, payment, and transaction leakage is stopped at the gate and compliance drift is caught before it compounds.
Decionis is not a personal productivity app and does not replace your workflow builder. It is an enterprise policy gate, Teams channel escalation surface, and shared dashboard for finance, revenue, risk, and operations teams.
The app uses Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on and Teams context to identify the signed-in user, team, channel, and organization automatically. Decionis opens the matching workspace when one exists and provisions the organization when needed without a manual Organization ID, tenant picker, or separate Decionis login.
