Stop a margin-breaking order at the SFCC checkout hook.
Decionis runs your SFCC baskets and orders through the same margin and promo-hygiene gates as your Shopify checkout. An OCAPI/SCAPI checkout-hook cartridge calls the hosted Decionis gate before an order is created — it blocks a margin-breaking order and fails open on any engine error, so it never breaks checkout. Every decision is a signed receipt in one shared ledger.
The hosted gate (apps/sfcc) and SCAPI/Account-Manager auth are built and unit-tested; the in-platform OCAPI cartridge is reference material (docs/integrations/sfcc). Live enforcement is gated on an SFCC sandbox plus Salesforce partner code certification of the cartridge. The gate fails open on any engine error so it can never break a merchant's checkout. Pricing follows the usage-based Defence, Premium, and Enterprise model at /pricing.

How it works — install to first decision

Authorize with SFCC Account Manager; credentials are stored encrypted per org from the connect session.

Deploy the OCAPI/SCAPI cartridge so checkout calls the hosted Decionis gate before creating an order.
- 3Watch in shadow mode
Decionis records what it would block, without stopping any order.
- 4Enforce (it fails open)
Turn on blocking — margin-breaking orders stop, failing open on any engine error. Every call is a verifiable receipt.
