Live Power Automate Surface
The first Power Platform workload is now live: Power Automate flows can call Decionis at /v1/power-automate/policy-check before a payment, refund, discount, or approval continues. The flow passes business context; Decionis resolves workflow, policy version, objective profile, and enforcement mode from its Policy Decision Graph, then returns the verdict Power Automate branches on.
- Install Decionis in a Microsoft Teams team/channel.
- Open Decionis → Settings → turn on Enable Power Automate. Decionis auto-initializes the connector: it provisions a scoped
decision:writeconnector key and shows it once (copy it) along with your Org ID and the connector spec URL. - In Power Automate, import the Decionis custom connector from the spec, then create a connection using the copied API key. Run a manual Send Payment test or Issue Refund test flow that calls
/v1/power-automate/policy-checkbefore execution. - Return to Teams → Decionis → Dossiers and confirm the gated transaction appears with its verdict and signed Decision Dossier.
Decionis provisions the connector key for you on enable, but Microsoft Power Automate still requires the signed-in user to import the custom connector and confirm the API-key connection in their own environment — Decionis never creates a connector inside a tenant without consent.

- Define one extension scenario per target workload with measurable Ops ROI.
- Map extension permissions to least-privilege scopes and capture approval evidence.
- Run workload smoke tests against Decionis sign-on and subscription callbacks.
- Publish workload listing and store Microsoft-hosted listing URL for Partner Center.
